Hey slinger, you going to buy the malossi kit?  I might get it too if you try it first, lol.

If anything i'm going to pick up the NCY kit which is almost half the price.

Do you need to do any machining to that airsal kit?  B/c of the difference in diameter?

Or is it just plug and play??

Service manual states on page 8-1, that the cylinder diameter is 50mm.  Airsal diameter is 47.5, so idk.

Wheres shaka when you need him?

Pretty sure this is what we need:
http://www.mhr-usa.com/cylinder-kits/50mm/airsal-50mm-4-stroke-cylinder-kit-for-kymco-vitality4t-people-s-50-agility-50.html

Specifically list agility 50 4t.  And its 50mm.  I think shaka uses 47.5mm kit b/c he's got a zx50 which may be a little different.

Here I am!  ;D  I don't do four strokes sorry man!  I doubt you have to do any machining to get the kit to fit though.  It should just fit right on.  I see where it says that the diameter is 50mm.  I know on the 2T's the skirt of the cylinder just gets thinner as the bore diameter goes up.  I would assume the same on yours

I may be off track here but it seems you are talking about the cylinder bore size, it doesn't matter if it is 47.5 or 50mm, that will only alter your cc in the end. I guess it depends on what size you want to go for.
Should fit either way.
ZX50, 47mm cyl. kit, TZR50 CDI. Michelin Pilot Sport tyres,
Next performance mod; pumping the tyres up.
