Best big bore kit
« on: May 09, 2016, 08:23:20 AM »
Hi, I'm still pretty new to the forums so forgive me if this has been talked about before.

I am starting to consider purchasing a big bore kit. I am wanting to know opinions on what is the best one to get? Malossi, Polini or other. I prefer to buy the best quality as I intend to make this scooter last. My last Agility was a 125 and I got 7 years and 32,000 miles out of it before a lady turned in front of me at an intersection. This bike is my main source of transportation so I don't want to do something to it that will make it unreliable. I ride practically year round so if adding a big bore kit makes them harder to start in cold weather situations please advise me of this as well. If that's the case, or if it makes them temperamental on starting I will just leave well enough alone. Any advice would be nice. As the bike sits right now it's practically stock other than upjetting the carb. I do plan on changing the variator in the near future.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
