You can also try some minor upgrades before you cylinder kit, such as free flow air filter.  An aftermarket exhaust will give you extra 8mph easily.  Aftermarket variator and clutch kits.  Tuning roller weights and clutch springs.  Then, you could try a bigger cylinder and carb.

Exactly what shub said. If you need some links to parts you have come to the right place. I would start w/ the cvt. Tune it up, and then go to the fuel system.

you could also save some money and get some 150cc short cases and build a 150 GY6 engine.

Okay, here you go:

Air Filter:
http://www.partsforscooters.com/Uni-air-filter-for-full-size-scooters-169-71?sc=11&category=735

Transmission kit:
http://www.partsforscooters.com/169-187_QMB-GY6-50cc_Transmission-Kit_2?sc=11&category=735

Exhaust:
http://www.scootertronics.com/gy650exhaust.html

Another exhaust, this is what i just ordered:
http://www.provoscooter.com/tecnigas-next-r-pipe-chome-139qmb-kymco-50-4t.html

Since you're going let the shop install these things, they'll be tuning your carb for ya (hopefully).

And you probably want to tune the transmission yourself for better acceleration or top speed.

Btw, did you install a de-restricted variator boss?

http://www.google.com/search?client=opera&rls=en&q=technigas+rs2&sourceid=opera&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8  This page has alot of different info on the rs2 technigas pipe. If you go to a jug kit in the future that is a better pipe than the next r. It makes better power w/ the increased cc's. If you stay w/ the 50cc's then the next r is better. I also believe you need a bigger head w/ the jug kit to run the rs2.

if you're looking at any major changes to your bike, this is worth a shot:

Suprisingly cheap too actually, i wanted to get one in my S8 but my parents don't want me to run the risk of being caught by police. :(

could of just saved your self some money by just buying a 125 or 150 the frist time .
if you wana go faster then 50 on the agilty go with a bigger bike all around and safe money.
with a 50 you can only do so much to make go faster buy the time you put all that cash in to it
you could of had a bigger scoot in the frist place. unless a motorcycle indorsement is the issue
here.   dont mean to sound harsh about this but just saying.

I do agree with you Blue, but when you have a 50cc scooter and then you start to play with it you seem to get a bug that just grows. It is all about having some fun.

Scoo assassins is a decent outfit. I have delt w/ them, and they sell mainly generic race parts (Chinese) at fair prices. I tell EVERYONE If you want to improve your 4t the real gains are in the head, and not the jug kit. 2t's respond to jugs...4t's respond to heads/cams. Try SIP scooter shop. They have distributors all around you.  http://www.sip-scootershop.com/main/base/Home.aspx

If you want to improve your 4t the real gains are in the head,

..so, i could change just the head on my stock engine and see an improvement?
