Well, I was going to install it today.  Didn't come with any instructions and it's got some many pieces, I don't really know what to do with them all.

I emailed Columbia Scooters where I bought it to see if they can help.  Anybody done one of these?

I love the way it looks and I even more love that it put the mirrors further out and up. I can really see behind me now on both sides.

One unexpected result is that it pushes enough air up to my helmet that I get a whistle in my right ear. I can adjust it forward and back and the tilt so I'm going to tinker with it a bit to see if I can get the whistle to go away.

Looked on the Columbia Scooters page and it doesn't list the Puig fitting for you scoot, but when I look for your scoot, it shows the windshield in the link and says it will fit your bike or a People 50, so maybe they are interchangeable. I'd give Columbia a call and ask them. I think they know their stuff.
