Damn, could not get the bolt that holds in the clutch.  Tried holding the brake in with bungee like zombie suggested, but didn't work.  Tried a bunch of different wrenches to stick into the clutch holes, still no go.

Tips?

I just bought an impact wrench off Harbor Freight, guess i'll save me some trouble with some power tools...

Btw, what is that rubber tube that connects to the cvt cover for?  It doesnt seem to be hooked up to anything on the other end?

that bolt is really on :)) indeed after 3 hours of trying ,almoust left with just 8 fingers :)) I let it be :)) .
I don't have an impact wrench and i'ved put my mother on scoot and told her to press the brake and Ived bend the key with an extension and that bolt doesnt  loosened. So I let the clutch uncleaned...

That's what she said!

Stic, i know the feeling, i spent quite a bit of time on there.  Even chipped a bit of the metal. That sucker is going to need some impact wrenching.

I had to put the big nut on the clutch in a vise and turn the cltuch itself with a strap wrench.  it was tough, but it worked.

I tried a Yellow (1500) spring in my Agility 50, and it was too much, I lost a bout 5 miles off the top end that I couldn't get back.
Also, I installed a Open Air filter on my agility and Started jetting with a 98, which I figured would be rich, and burnt up my exhaust valve.

Good luck!

How do you know if your exhaust valve is burnt?

I had a free flow filter and a 97 main jet..

..that's what i was afraid of...the 4t can't maintain enough rpms to make the 1500 effective...
