If your looking for a smaller UTV you won't be sorry on the 450i, everyone that has one likes them. In the warm summer if you have a full windshield the cab can get warm, but not from the seat as much as the warm air from the firewall, it comes thru the small openings as the radiator is there and the heat from it does make the cabin warm if your running at some speed. It does not get uncomfortable but it is definitely there. Never found an issue with a warm seat, most of the heat comes from the radiator, if the radiator fan comes on. Never an overheat issue just getting warm from your air being blocked by the windshield. Many of us have split windshields, a lower half for summer riding and an upper half for cold weather riding. the added air flow on hot summer days feels better in my opinion. With a full windshield in warm summer riding it will get covered in bugs and scratched if you trail ride thru the woods so once again the split windshield is a favorable design for many. A big selling point for me was its compact size as it still allows me on atv trails where allowed where the bigger machines 60" and wider cannot go. In most cases the 450i will perform as good or better than anything in the 500 class of bigger machines. Keep us posted if you get yourself a new ride!!
