I've been looking for months, found nothing  :(

Oil: I read on another forum, someone said their Pulsar manual specified SAE 15W40, API SF. When I did my oil change that exact spec wasn't available, so I used 10W40 for motorcycles based on recommendation of man in shop.

For other stuff, I'm using Haynes generic manual for Chinese / Taiwanese 125s.

What I really want to know is, what should the chain slack be? Haynes says 10-25mm. As that's generic, I'm not keen to adjust withiut knowing for sure. If the Haynes guide is right for the Pulsar though, then I really do need to adjust as mine is 40mm at the moment. Does anyone know?

@DundeeLad - like you, I do have a freezing winter :) You could get a quote for a service, and ask them what kind of oil they put in it. Then you get the extra benefit of knowing you've saved anything between £40 - £120 depending who you got the quote from, plus you'll be using the same oil you would have got from a 'professional' service anyway  ???
