Depending on what top speed you want, you might be better off with the shorter belt, it seems to have the revs in the right range for hill climbing. Maybe you can replicate that with the stiffer spring/lighter rollers.

..i believe the 1000 contra will work...and bring back the loss in flat-land speed.., and i bet if i go 1/2 gr lighter in roller wt...hhmmmm...

..but i'm pleased with the top speed...whatever it gps's at...

Try the 8g rollers.60 downhill Id say your derestricted.So your saying the stock belt is a little short.What does the 728-18-28 normaly go on,going to have to try that out,inching closer to that 100mph Ha!

..that belt is what i bought for my A50....the stock a50 belt is the same length as what was on the ppl...

I did some digging around the stock people belt is suposed to be a 748-18-28 was that what you ment to type or are my #'s wrong.A !/2 inch larger had me thinking about trying it out,or is that belt streached a bit.

...i physically opened the driven face...squeezed the "oem" belt tight around the shaft...

..it would never ride to the top of the drive face of the variator...impossible to get there...too short...

Ya I've noticed that the marks on my stock ver.had some room to run.the next 2 sizes up on the mallosi chart are 752-19-30 with a 9mm thickness 755-18-32 with an 8mm thickness.What do ya think.Will it work?

..the 748 i have looks like it's maxed out....

..with the belt tight around the drive boss, it's at the edge of the driven pulley's faces..

I dont have the measurment got the mallosi replacments in there now and had the bando stock 23100 keb7 9000 before
