Rode in to my local coffee village this morning (my scoot upper left of pix)
We have more than a few "local color" residents in this village.
Joe rides an old red Honda Reflex, owns 8 or 9 old Toyota station wagons, a pristine '51 BMW w/period side car - and this working '29 tow struck.
You will notice his signage. On the passenger door: "We pay for dead {farm} stock. Quick reliable service."
On the driver's door: "Joe's Towing, Lunch Meat and Used Tires."
He stopped for coffee at Dino's on his way up the hill (he hopes) out of town to a vintage truck show a few miles away. He says he has taken his truck onto I-70, but that "
wasn't as much fun as you might think". !
He's a pistol. His biker buddy rides a yellow Metropolitan, wearing a vintage NVA (North Vietnamese Army) pith helmet.
