Concern for AMAC & Forbes
« on: September 02, 2016, 10:03:52 AM »
I think this hurricane is going thru the area of Florida where AMAC and Forbes live.
Prayers said for those two -- and other folks dealing with this storm.
Daylight soon...things usually seem better after the night passes.
Regards
Stig

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

I'm safe and sound. The wind got rough. Some branches fell. And a tree fell on the far edge of the yard here at my Mother's house. But the entire Florida branch of the Leonard and Lallye Forbes clan is accounted for. I haven't checked at my house yet. But in my heart I believe it's unharmed too. The lights are still out. And the main road into town is blocked at both ends. I'll be surprised if we have lights by Monday. But that's a minor inconvenience as long as we are safe. Thank God.

He's a good man that Stig is!

All good here the west coast took a bit of a smack.
I'm kinda of hope that I'm "pre disastered" after losing my house to Sandy in 2012.
Comes with living by the water.

Thanks agin Sir Stig.
