Is it possible to go up from stock 12" wheels to a 16" on the super 9?

I don't know?  Why would you want to?
1st and 2nd usually have an unfair advantage.  3rd is usually the best, can learn the most from.  paraphrased from Don Quixote, over 400 years ago, still true today

I have People 50 2T with 16" wheels I ride a lot.  It does handle nice, and I guess will take a pot hole better than 12" tires.  Might be better off trading for another scooter that has 16" wheels, like Kymco People 50, 150, 200s, Aprilia Scarabeo, and some others.  I think you will have some unexpected issues with 16" wheels on Super 9 like gearing, braking, handling, etc.  Super 9 has relatively high seat, and another 2" higher maybe would be an issue.  I haven't found 16" wheels on my People 50 2T to be significantly better than 12" on my Super 9.  Good luck.

Nope all 16's of varying widths.
Unfortunately one of the few choices available in this country like that (I keep hoping for the SH300I but I suspect I'm SOL)
2008 SYM HD200 "Niwanibiz"
2018 Suzuki Burgman AN650z "Bebaamaadizid"

k9 S200 (Blue) "Max" (Sold)
k8 SYM HD200 "Indigo" (Deceased)
k7 Suzuki Burgman 650 "Ohanzee" (Sold)

Yep....
Geez I'd love to see the Honda SH300I here in the States!
I'd be sorely tempted to trade my Burgman and LIKE200I for a white or red one and ride to my sunset .
Sorry...just that big of a Honda 2wheel fan. Have been for decades. Have no control over that bias it seems. :-)

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Yeah I'd be pretty tempted there too, just not red.  Heck I'm tempted with the GT300I, there's one down in Oregon for a tempting price.

One question though, meaning no ding on your LIKE, but why a LIKE not a PCX150?
