How much is a 2009 Yager really worth?

I'm looking for a scooter for my daughter. I was hoping to find a good deal on a used Like 2000i, but no success so for. There's a craigslist post for a 2009 Yager with 3000 miles in the next town over. I want to go take a look at it today, but I'm thinking it's probably worth $1100 at the most.   I paid $1,000. 00    Canadian for my frost -- yager  200i   ,  needed   front tire and new battery and a left mirror,.    when I got it home I put my tractor battery on it and it started on the third turn,   ran it for 1/2 hour now it starts first turn of key,.  cant wait to get the Lic. plate on it ,

  used up old gas ,  I put 146 Km. on my new,  old scooter,   today filled up with 91 Oct, gas 9.202 Lt.   $10.57 Canadian,  will see how many Km. I can get out of a tank,.   installed new mirrors long stem ,  checked belt,  cleaned up clutch, noted rollers in variator17.5 gram,.  sliders on order,.   ( noted)  lights much better than downtown,.  wish it was spring !!!!

   I paid $1000.00 Canadian   that's $750.00 US. I think I got a nice deal., the battery was good after I hit it with 15 amps for 1/2 hour,  then left it over night charging, now it good , full charge ,  mirrors and front tire ,oil change it will be like new,. it was broken in by a lady so broken in easy, wish I could have broken it in on the 10 % hill, WOT.  for 25 miles when new,.  still it is peppy enough,  up to 60 MPH,  have to put off till warm weather to see what it will do,. below O now ,Cel. about 30 F.

  Well so far I have got new iridium plug ,  sliders  different grams 17  to 20 grams,  ordered new tires power pure  ,    new mirrors are on the scooter,.  plates good for two years,  the battery charged it on 15 amps  for 1/2 hour, and 24 hours on trickle charge and it came back to life,  when I got it it read 10.5 volts it was dead   did a load test and was told to do the 15 amp. charge , and it could be good?   it worked !!!!!     14 below C.  going to 20 below C. that's 2 below F. guess I will have to wait for some warm weather,
