Thanks again Stig - I was able to replace the plug with your exploded parts view.
So, here's how I did it:
1. Remove the engine cover, under the seat (total 6 nuts, 2 phillips head screws)
2. Remove the seat (total 2 nuts)
3. remover the center cover that covers the engine.
4. As you're looking straight at the engine (from where the center cover was), the plug is on the right side. The best way I can describe it is the plug is diagonally positioned into the engine.
**The plug itself does have the top terminal stud, that was removed. So it has only the screw.
