Time for Mods - Whats the best? Variator, pulley, wheelies etc etc

  On installation of variator this is one of the things you have to watch for ,  you have to hold the ramp plate in or the sliders and rollers will fall out, not the fault of the sliders,.

All honesty. Ive tried the Dr Pulleys and they are not that all cracked up to be. Just changed sliders recently and 3 of them shifted position in the variator housing. I have come to the conclusion that the sliders are not meant to be inside a variator which is made for round shaped rollers.
I decided to purchase the original shaped rollers 20*12 in size and 14 gram in weight. They run much better than the dr pulleys. The low end still has torque and speed on the low end is not flattened out. I just love them. The top end remains the same and higher torque on the top end at 150 kph.

The original is 15.5g, right?
Ive tried 15g  DrPulley and i also wasnt pleased with them.
I drive 95% 40-90 km/h and my weight is 103kg.
Would i have any winning from them?
Better takeoff/acc?  Normal rpm?  The Pulleys gave me 500 higher rpm and a bit higher fuel consumtion

The Dr pulley sliders I had actually melted! I think my front variator plate(with the fins) lost its splines as well. I now have a sports variator with stock rollers. To compensate for the much bigger diameter stock rollers,I inserted another spacer(1mm), thinner than stock spacer(1.5mm), and now faster acceleration and higher top end.

  What would be your RPM. at 70 MPH,??   I modified my variator by grinding out the slides, about 1/2 way between GT 300 variator and downtown variator,. I bought both to see the difference,  and I striped the splines on one variator face from not using lock-tight blue, the nut came loose,.
