I'd think a piston and bearing would be something you could pick up locally.  More a matter of dimension, & material spec than getting the "kymco" specific one.  heck you could probably even find a fancy ceramic one like the SYM's run if ya poked around a bit.
Beyond that there's probably something on this side of the Ring o' Fire that has 'em but the freight would probably be kinda rough.

Since the crank shaft is damaged if might be better to try and locate a wrecked Venox for parts and do either a complete drive train swap or a complete tear-down of both motors and build one using the best parts from both of them. If the crank is scored the only fix for that is to have it turned down and then finding over sized bearings could be an even bigger problem. And it would depend on weither the damaged area is on the throw or on one of the journals.. I'm certain that there are even other bikes with a close enough center to center measurement from crank to rear axle that could be retro fitted. Maybe someone else on here has a better answer. I wish you luck mate. cheers

Think that would work tromper? because I can definitely find 58mm wide pistons easy

star667, Yelp, Kymco Parts Monster is alive and well. Just ordered and received a rear brake stop light /start switch. Kymcopartsmonster.com The switch was $14.02 and they said they were charging me $24 bucks to ship via UPS ground. I complained and said the switch was about the size of a quarter and not as heavy and they said bla bla bla. Got it two days ago and they had charged me $14.02 and free shipping.  That'll work.

Can't say on the out of country orders, but their number is 888-987-6361 and ask for Colt. They told me that they were closed for the holidays and didn't return to work until January 3rd. Got the part in two days after it was shipped. Their invoice says Interstate Cycle, Inc., but that phone number will get you Kymco Parts Monster, Parts Dept. Hope this helps.

Kymco dealers can get any parts, and they're easy to deal with.  Also, if you've got the time and energy, it's fairly easy to find Chinese parts that fit, but you need some experience to go this route.

"Don't forget that Bert Munroe made his own parts!"

A rare Bert Munroe reference.  I like it.
