CELP rest for MXU450i
« on: January 05, 2017, 06:12:41 PM »
New to the site. I have tried to search but with no luck on how to clear the error codes on my MXU450i (2012)
Can anyone shed some light on this? I have tried disconnecting the battery but that doesn't seem to do anything.
I am getting the P0217 code immediately when I turn on the machine( without starting it)

   Thank you !!

You had an engine overheat? Turn the switch on and the check engine light will light for 2 secs. and then it flashes the code. Do this four times and it should automatically clear.

Schwarn, welcome to forum. I could not have helped with this issue, but you would be hard pressed to come up with a Kymco scooter problem that some one on here couldn't help you with. Stig and CROSSBOLT are most helpful with tech questions. This is the place to be, if you ride a Kymco.
