Wow. Getting a smog check on a motorcycle is a tough one. That is not even required in the Socialist Republic of California.
But it almost was. There was talk in 2003 or 2004 of working toward smog testing motorcycles in California but I don'the know whatever happened and haven't ever heard anything more about it.
