Rebuildable forks and shocks?
« on: March 28, 2017, 01:14:15 AM »
Hi,

Are the forks and shocks on the DT rebuildable or serviceable?

At 47,000kms I definitely think they are extremely tired.

you may only need oil,.  185 CC. of oil,   they ask for #8 oil ,.   I installed #10 fork oil, it firmed it up , and your oil is probably low on oil,

de dee,
What is #10 weight fork oil?  I am only familiar with the W weighting measurement. i.e 2.5W, 5W, 10W, 15W, 20W & 30W.
