I bought a new battery. Installed it and the scoot fired up, over and over.
Would never have faith in the old one. Guess it was time.

Motobatt are Chinese but better than most.

I was actually referring to Motocross batteries, Yuasa's private label same battery.

Given the choice I always choose Yuasa/Motocross AGM batteries!
After that Deka AGM
If no other option, I'd then get a Motobatt.

No worries. They were new to me last year too.
I was searching Yuasa and saw that Motocross and said wait that looks exactly like a Yuasa.
GS is also Yuasa http://www.gsbattery.com/
I've seen GS batteries at O'Reiley
