LIKE200iLX out on Easter, 7000 RPM

Nice long ride on the LIKE. Went South, then N.East. (church not for 4 hours!)
When I got home I saw that my tachometer had witnessed 7000 rpms, exactly, somewhere on the route.
(perhaps at @ 50 mph up a long steep hill into a very stiff headwind)

Head home before the storm.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

As always, great pictures! 7k rpm, eh? Tell-tale on your add-on tach, right? Neat!

LIKE specs per cyclepedia say "max output at 7,500 rpms" : "max torque at 6,500 rpms".
Thought at first I'd over-revved it.
Not sure how the Dr Pulley sliders play in to this.

It pulls briskly for me and I have no coplaints with the power or speed - actually more often I am surprised that this little scoots hauls me, donuts, coffee, unnecessary tools and spares around as well as it does!!
It amazes me all the time.
