well, i have to write this here and anywhere i can....i ordered springs, rollers, filter(which was wrong).. i have waited NINE(9) WEEKS!! and still havent recieved the whole order...i did get PART of it after FOUR(4) WEEKS...NINE(9)WEEKS later i have YET to get my springs....ill every week and get another lie.... the office personnel doesnt give a sh**, the parts guy way sucks out loud, i keep getting told it has been mailed, supposedly putting another set in mail,(9 dam weeks people)(i thought i mailed that, quote, unquote)...wasnt supposed to charge frieght cuz of the wait, THEY DID THAT FIRST,& TOOK THE MONEY...i know its a name brand but i dont tink i will buy a damn thing from them ever again..i can go to provo and get some better prices on alot of it. the customer service, parts guy way suck ass..not friendly or helpful..i tried to speak to super but of course never got thru. if you dont mind NOT EVER getting parts but paying for them then maloosi is for you.if you want service, STAY AWAY!! MALOSSI SUX!

I had a similar problem with a bundled tv and teliphone package the one i signed up for was billing me seperatly from the phone company they were soposed to be married to canceling out the discount and ease of having all on one bill and billing cycle. The dtv bill would be due mid month and the bundle was due at the end causing me to be billed a $15 late fee on top of all this. This went on for  6 months. I would call them they would reset and it would be wrong every month.

    Any way The magic word is superviser do not talk to the knuckleheads that answer the phone. If the superviser does not have the solution ask for there superior. It makes them nervous.  It took four conferance calls between all supervisers involved from both companies to get all resolved and resulted in a few months of free tv and I'm sure someone got ther behind chewed!!!

all i need is the address...all you get to speak with is the jackasss..tried to speak to super, dont work there..lol anyway, they said to send back BUT I CONT HAVE THE ADDRESS.....
