 Did you sell the Forza for the Burgman for the passenger carrying capacity or was there a problem with the Forza?

Yes, went for the difference in load capacity : 421lbs for the Burgman400 vs 359lbs for the Forza300.  Most two-up riders are over the specified load limit on their machine. I pay attention to that listed figure.

I'm 6'3" & @260lbs. so the Honda was fine one-up, but the Burgman would be needed for two-up.

The idea was that I'd talk Mrs. Stig into riding along - sadly (or wisely) she is not getting comfortable with that plan.

"problems with the Forza?":
No.
IF I buy another scooter it will be the new LIKE150i, or a lightly used Forza ABS - which will probably be about the same $ OTD.
 
After which I will sell the Burgman400. Then I'll stop screwing around. I've learned what I like, and what I don't.
Why back to a Honda Forza?:
The Thailand made Forza and Japan made Suzuki are equally well made, IMHO. Both had new scoot teething issues when launched - frankly the Forza's were any easier fix....some owners have yet to get the recall done, or have any issues w/the fuel pump.

The Burgman is a 65-80mph highway cruising scooter, has 2" more seat/leg room - is a handful in the city.

The Forza, at 70lbs lighter and an inch less wheelbase,  was not as reassuring at those high speeds with cars/trucks. The Forza has a low center of gravity, and is smooth & easier to ride in the city - and a blast on 35-55mph county roads.

I kept the Forza exactly 365 days. Enjoyed it.

Loved the Forza - love the LIKE200i - also own a newish Burgman400. I won't miss much about it if/when it is gone.

I'm no scooter expert but, for me & my preferred riding, the Forza is a better scooter. ( I have a sketchy Kymco dealer, but two PowerSeller all-Honda stores nearby)

Kymco doesn't even list how many valves on it's own site nor which brakes may have ABS. http://www.kymco.com/product/maxi-scooters/X-Town-300i-ABS_HERO/ . All reviews I read show front ABS only and a liquid cooled 276cc engine but two conflict on the number of valves.

and the fact that Kymco is vague is a cause of concern for me.
Why scrap a great motor for a lesser version. If it's price point it will be a swing and a miss.
I'm underwhelmed.

But I'm overwhelmed with the AK and the Grand Dink 300. We will never see the Dink but with the new lineup I'd imagine the AK is soon to be here.
