I was thinking about that!

Now do the rear (bottom portion) of the fender, under the license plate.

Some consider the black panel under the rear plate to be least attractive area on any scooter/motorcycle. Painting it white will certainly draw attention to it.
I'd  continue the white down the sides of the front leg shield,  and return bottom sides to black.  Committee design decisions brought us the Edsel.....and those goofy names on some Kymcos! °¿° !!
Advise you to keep on doing your own thing....which I suspect you will....the world doesn't need another Edsel, or a bet and win, like , bean dip, happy 250 or Noodoe EFi 127.
