kymco 50cc scooter clicks when try to start

My ex did something to my kymco 50 cc now it clicks when i push the start button. I have replaced the starter, relay,spark plug and battery and still clicks.... Help please

Wow that's odd unless the engine is bound up or seized.  Single click or multiple when pushing the starter button? Does it have a kick starter?

No kick start he took it off it messed up and one click eberytime u push the button

Single click usually starter if the main feed has power. You could remove the starter (wires still connected) holding the case to the engine (grounded through the case) and see if it spins. If it does then you should find the access to try and manually turn the motor with a ratchet to make sure it's not seized or bound up. If the starter doesn't spin then it's bad. If you are not comfortable working on it you may have to have someone look at it.

I replaced the starter it was bad, i replaced the relay, spark plug, and battery. Still just clicks and now the lights dont even come on like they did before i replaced the battery. And i had to replace a fuse down by the battery and that wire dont look to good.

A new part is Not a proven part.

And, unseen corrosion back up inside cable sheathing can limit current flow.

Verify components individually, starting with the easiest to access.

What I would do is to get a 12volt test light like https://www.harborfreight.com/circuit-tester-30779.html . Connect the clip end to the negative battery post, test it by touching the pointed end on the positive post making sure it lights up, then holding the pointed end on the starter solenoid connection (the small wire on the starter) while pushing g the starter button. Does it light up with the same brightness as when it was on the battery when the starter button is pressed?

Next would be to move the pointed end to the main connection on the starter and do the same.
