Last friday i receive mi 72cc kit from ENVIROMOTO.
In the kit i have the cylinder, piston, rings, clips, gaskets, jet #88, gas filter, UNI air filter and the instruction for installation.
To do a better jobm remove the motor of the frame of the scooter, it's easy to work on it.

The first time i do the motor on the bike and it was hard to install the cylinder on the piston with the rings... I need to do the job a other time beacause the motor smoke and smell oil burn!

When i re-open the cylinder, i see some rings was not in good position!
But with the motor in my face, it was easy to do and for the valve adjustement.

Here you can see the big bore kit, the piston is bigger and you can see the carbon on the piston when i use the first time i do the motor.

I re-jet the carburator with a jet #88 and remove all the restriction inside the air filter. I didn't install the big open UNI air filter beacaus it make to much noise and it's to big to put under the seat!

I reinstall the motor on the frame and it start the first start!
