I've got a new malossi 19mm carb installed.
Whenever I start the scooter up with the choke on, it idles around 1700-1900 rpms.
When I turn off the choke the scooter's rpm revs up to 5k and won't go back down.
So I just flip the choke back on and it idles back down.
Any idea what seems to be the problem?
