startup and variator

so i have two questions, i have naraku 85cc cylinder and he don't want to start up when it is warm, but over a night he starts up by one kick, and anyone knows what variator i need to buy for my 85cc naraku cylinder kit? thx for answers  ;)

I don't know your kit but I would pay close attention to your jetting hard start after worm may be running to lean,may need to go up on your pilot jet also,mallossi seems to be the prefered veriater kit.Good luck and Welcome to the forum

how works naraku kit on a50 ? I would like to have on 90 cc and from what I saw naraku is a good company . keeps us intuch with infos about that kit in time /kilometers .

thank you for gratz :) sorry iam not best in english so i don't understand 100% of what u are talking about,only kit and full stock, ps. all limiters cutted out, and it runs great just my variator are almost f***ed up :D but u can  buy naraku it is awesome, oh and what i can put more in my scooter to boost it up :P

thank u  for post, found a good variator ill better stick to naraku i think, i have red on some other websites that the naraku hs variator are best decision

i have a kymco agility 50 4 stroke i have just fitted a new starter motor to it n tried starting it but it sounds like its spinnin but the engine isnt ticking over anyone no what it is?

...is it just the starterr motor spinning or does it sound like the bendix is engaging...

..some generic starter motor's output shafts are shorter than kymco's...

..also, make sure you didn't push the bendix forward out of place when inserting the starter motor..

  The bendix is a rod and gear that sits at the other end of the starter. It pushes out to spin the gear on the veriater to start your scoot. You will have to pull the cvt cover to have a look it probably has moved out of place.

lol ok then and i am gettin a kick start and the bar that goes into casing with the cog on end im just wonderin is it easy to fit?
