I over filled my Kymco Agility 125's gas tank and immediately it did not start. I had to walk it home. I left it over night (and most of today) and siphoned off the extra gas with an eyedropper and there has still been no luck getting it to start. I haven't been able to find any legitimately helpful information on the subject, and I'd like to know if it can be fixed. If it can, how would one go about doing so? I don't believe I flooded anything, seeing as it did not start at all after fueling but my opinion of the matter carries little weight at this point. Please halp!

If you suspect flooding, remove and inspect the spark plug, and see if it’s wet or smutty and go from there.

I don't think I flooded anything or got gas where it should not have been because the engine did not start at all immediately after fueling. I had to walk it home from the pump. Not sure how it could have gotten flooded but that doesn't mean I'm not just being an idiot.

Please give us more info on the scooter...miles, age, modifications, previous running issues if any??
Is the kill switch on or off?
Do you see a brake light when lever squeezed?
Do you hear fuel pump when you turn key on?
Does it have side stand shut-off?
Battery strong?
Does starter turn over the engine?
More info needed.

if it does not start, right after the fill up ,it most likely is the kill switch on the side stand,  for the gas to flood, you would have to over fill and close the gas cap, and let it sit and warm up the gas and it would over flow the Evaporator with raw gas as the gas expands,  or the spark plug cap fried,  check if you have spark,

All good things to be checked,as has been mentioned. You can get an extra spark plug, new if you have one. Any plug, car, lawn mower, doesn't matter Pull the plug wire cap off of the plug that is in the engine and place it on your "test" plug. Make sure it's pushed down good and then lay the test plug on the engine where you can see it. ( it must be touching metal) Set the bike on the center stand and retract the side stand.Make sure your emergency kill switch is set to "run". Now get in position where you can see the test plug firing end, pull in either brake lever and hit the start button. If it's firing as it should, you will see a nice blue arc dancing around. If not, then try holding the other brake lever and try again. Still no spark, then you know the engine is not firing. If you do see a spark and engine will not hit, then you know you more than likely have a fuel problem. Try that and get back to us. Good luck.

Odd item I ran into on the S at one point when filling it a bit much was breathing.  Have you tried running it with the cap off

You may have to start it the first time like it was flooded, full throttle and spin it. until it catches, but that is an item a I ran into a few times due to how the vacuum/breathing system was laid out.
