Bike naming ?
« on: January 07, 2018, 04:27:13 PM »
Kymco might hold a slight lead in goofy product naming - but there are other contenders:
Just finished reading an article about the ROYAL ENFIELD HIMALAYAN CAMOUFLAGE EDITION , an ' adventure bike' to be sure.
Not certain from whom you'd be hiding up in the Himalayans....can't be that many folks hanging about.

But 'camouflage' is always the best way to move through traffic.
"If they can't find you -  they can't hit you!" would make a great motorcycle ad!

Right away I saw TWO names that caught my attention. Scoopy and GRACE. Scoopy simply because i know everyone will nickname it Scooby. And Grace because as a pastor, it simply calls my name. And the corny jokes will write themselves. I could ride it to church, tell how great it does something, and call it “Amazing Grace” . Then I could put an aftermarket muffler on it and then say “Amazing Grace how sweet the sound.” [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23].

I know. I know. I should stick to preaching and leave being a comedian to others. Lol.

Ok. I guess I’ll heed you all’s advice. But here’s one LAST ONE, then I’ll retire from my short comedy career. If I almost get in an accident but the agility of the Scooter saves me from the accident, can I say that I was “saved by Grace?” .

Ok, ok, ok. I know. Comedy is NOT gift. 😂😂

And if it failed you could say "Goodnight Gracie"
