The heads of the little mounting bolts of the coil are screwed in from the outside of the mounting.....under the outer body skin. It IS possible to get a socket head on them with your fingers by loosening the body panels near the coil. Not easy but can be done to change out the coil if need be.
"Set the multimeter to read ohms of resistance (Ω).
Touch the positive and negative meter leads to the ignition coil terminals. Measure the resistance.
Ignition Coil Primary Resistance
0.654 ~ 0.672 Ω
Secondary
Check the secondary resistance between the ignition coil terminal and the spark plug without the cap. Touch the negative meter lead to the terminal and the positive meter lead to the spark plug wire.
Ignition Coil Secondary Resistance
12.67 ~ 13.07 KΩ"
