A good point.

I've ridden through a few rainstorms myself on the Chen Shins.  Have to say they handled fine, but I'm still thinking I should upgrade. 

I too ride my scoot each day as part of the commute to work.  That's how I ended up riding when it was 8 degrees out ;D

17 mile trip trumps my 5 miles in 8 degree weather. 

Still, being out there riding in that kind of weather impressed even the sport bikers!

I pulled this information off the Seafoam web page (Seafoam.com)
To control moisture buildup in oil, add 1½ oz. Sea Foam to each quart of oil.  Sea foam will prevent phase separation of moisture that accumulates in oil.  Moisture will evaporate under the heat of the crank case.  Change oil and filter when dirty.
Their web page explains what and how Seafoam can be used .

I have been puting seam foam in the last few times when I fell up.and also but some in the oil its been about a good month now should I change the oil and clean the filter to make sure all the lose dirt is gone if there is any. the oil is like new that is in it now. I did get a good back fire out of the scoot after like 2 days of rideing it.

ok this is about 1 month after I had sea foam in looks scary. a lot of dirt. so should I but more sea foam back in or just run with out. I was thinking more just for a addative

Most likely that's carbon not dirt. Do you run 92 octane?
