As long as I'm being concerned about my neighbors, I might also not want to annoy oncoming traffic.

I guess if you're serious about every little thing to help you get noticed, you should have loud pipes AND obnoxious blinky lights.

Also, why would you take noise restrictions in stride and then be shocked that light modulators are illegal in the EU?

Have not we been over this loud pipes thing before? They are minimal from the front. Maximum to the rear. Good reason, REAL reason!
