You can't add Nodoe to your older like because it uses a different wiring harness.

My Kymco Like is the 150 2018. Same design and structure... I don't understand why I can't add it.

Time to have a talk with your Kymco service manager. See what he says would be involved.
Please do take photos of the modification steps as you do them - this would be of much interest to several owners here.
