He's finished his DIY house...

Have watched this guy building his house for 5 yrs in my coffee village.

Apartments and houses are VERY expensive in this village. Small apartments go for the price of a house payment in nearby Dayton.
 Young people are couch surfing with friends for mos. waiting for an apt to open.

So, buy a lot, and build yourself!






house is situated on a quiet through street.....





That white disc on the top/front of the house looks like an indoor smoke detector. ?

The pool looks like a bad place to park your cars.

That's one wickedly steep little drive. He parks on the street in the winter. Must be a good drain down there.

Metal sides front, and roof - with wood over the front also. Small and few windows.
