..oem carb..101 jet..K&N filter..modified oem exhaust...

..ncy variator (Malossi be comin')..oem drive face.. 27 grams of rollers (4.5) ..from 28.2 grams..(4.7)  ..729 belt..

..oem clutch (Dr Pulley be comin')..malossi white 1000 contra..leo vince red 1000 fly springs..oem torque driver..oem driven face..

..i'm getting awesome-quick take-off (not 2-stroke, but as close as i've ever been)...gots those rpms up!..initial belt tug is GONE..

..remains in the higher revs, accelerating VERY NICELY to 47mph indicated (43 gps)...

..rpms settle out there as speed gradually increases if on a flat and the wind is favorable.....

..hit a little decline while running at 47, and scoot kinda takes off up to 52 indicated (49 gps)..

..downhill??...i don't know, as i've not ever had a gps on my scoot with the speedo in these positions..

..but it sure feels fast...........

so i can put all that on my scoot an it will boogy? how much would all this run an where can i get it. and are you sure it will work for my scoot. id hate to go through what i did tonight with the CDI lol.. POOF!... as of right now. mine takes off nicely doin bout 25-30 in 8-10 seconds. then it eventually works up to about 32. if im goin down hill about 35. an thats all she'll do. when i do go down hill it slows me down. so i still got to de-restrict the CDI so it dont do that.
i got alot ahead of me but i hope wen im done ill have a nice set of wheels to be stylin on.

basically, what parts should i get for my scooter now, where do i get them from like the places you guys shop at. and with the holes in the filter, exhaust and jets? im not 100% what they are. im sorry if im coming on as dumb. :P my dad knows alot about small engines but the scooter is complicated. he understands some of what you guys are saying. but if you guys can direct me where to go, what to do, and what to buy. ill try everything out this weekend an try to buy as much as i can to get it to where you guys are saying i can let you know if it all works out. but i dont want to mess anything up. so i need like pin pointed guidence. but i appreciate you guys helping me, thank you.

I don't have your model but the next biggest bang for the buck would be a k/n filter mesure your carb air intake and buy on line or sometimes local shops will have. Send me a pic of your pipe and i'll see if i could show you where to drill some holes,Near the outlet is best. You may still be able to derestrict the oem cdi, Not alot of us have or even seen the people 4t up close  ;)

Good luck on getting to 50. I hope you don't use your scooter as a primary means of transportation. Modified that much it won't last very long.

I understand your point of view old guy,but these modern scoots have been restricted to meet local and federal laws to do no more than 35mph. By allowing the motor to breath and run properly can actually be a benifit to longevity and you will be less of a hazard to your self and others on the road.
These motors were desinged to run above the 35mph mark troublefree in the asian market. That said You do not want to run wot all the time and if 50 and above is a speed you need you should get a bigger bike.

..i've been running my '08 WOT, all around the 50 mph and above mark, for over 25,000kms...

..51,000kms total...

..it's all about how you keep your scoot maintained...

..running as i do, every day, one MUST perform routine maintenance WAY more frequently...

..and, of course, every build of scoot is not the same..what works for mine may not work for another...

G'day JDizzle, welcome to the forum. I don't like the sound of the pop from under the front cover. I am curious, what did you machine off the variator sleeve? Was it the diameter or the length? May be a silly question, but I am just curious. Good luck, you will have lots of fun with your scoot, I have a selection of bikes to ride but still like the little scoot.

we machined the diameter so its al the way flush. we didnt shorten it at all, because then A it would wobble and B the weights would fly out lol.
i got alot ahead of me but i hope wen im done ill have a nice set of wheels to be stylin on.

COULD SOME ONE TELL ME WHERE TO BUY A CDI FOR MY SCOOT THAT WONT POP lol.
