It is not going to harm anything, but you might want to be careful in corners if you are going fast as some Kymcos have quite saggy rear suspension. My situation with P250S is similar to yours, sometimes it is close to bottoming out when it's just me on it, two up it is even worse. Furthermore, under heavy cornering it tends to widen the trajectory that can be especially dangerous.

If you are travelling at slow speeds, mostly on the highway and do not drive fast in short bends, there is nothing to worry.

Yet, this is one disappointing feature (at least noticeable in my scoot).

Adjust rear suspensions to #5 and drive with less tilting angle, esp. in bumby roundabouts.

And get in the habit of checking your tire pressures frequently -- make sure they're right up to spec at all times!

Especially important when you're loaded to max or beyond.

As you know, they can get low in a sneaky way when you aren't expecting it.  Lots of posts about this.

No, it won't hurt your scooter but it may cause certain things to wear out faster, such as the drive belt and clutch mainly.  Have them checked a bit sooner than recommended intervals and you should be good.  ;)  Oh, and you may want to do oil changes sooner than recommended too if you ride that much loaded frequently.

Thank you all so much! It usually is just me riding and i'm 225lbs. On the weekends my wife will join me once in a while for a breakfast ride! So it is only weighed down that heavy once in a while!!

Thanks all! Be safe!!
