Outstanding feedback! We all need to figger a neat way to measure fuel pressure. This would have been one of the checks in the trouble shoot process. What is the pressure supposed to be anyway?

I found a pdf for a Kymco Xciting 400i and the fuel pressure for that scoot is 3.0 Bar or about 45 PSI.

Good evening, I also have a problem with it not starting ..changed battery and still no sign of cranking?

Does brake light come on when you pull brake lever to start?
