Posting Pictures?
« on: November 25, 2018, 02:29:47 PM »
I searched but didn't find anything on posting pictures. Do I need to host the pictures on another server with [img] links or can I upload them somehow within the actual post on KymcoForum? (I dropped my Photobucket account when they started charging so much.)
Thanks,

I switched to SmugMug after Photobucket jacked their prices way up.  It works much better than photobucket ever did.

Imgur and Google photos are couple more.
Not sure but I think it's called imgpost that is unlimited and doesn't require registration.

Workin' off a tablet here, found several photo resizer apps that will cut photos in pixel count down to be acceptable...none as neat as the rest of the guys like klaviator, Stig all of England and part of Australia to name just a few. But then I am from the days of vacuum tubes so go figure!

Ok, here's a test by an ignorant website guy...

Ha! It worked! Posted it from my own website!

What do you think? Less than 1200 miles on it. Oil looks brand new (previous owner said he just changed it) and it has a new battery. Tires and fluids should be replaced, but hey, what else do I have to do after Christmas?

No reason us old folks can't learn to use new technology.

Nice looking scooter!

Nah, the "hate" thing is you posted a beautiful picture first try! I am still trying to figure it out! Yes, big deal after a heart scare. These machines are really good performers. I am just delighted that you are having a blast 'cause that is what it is all about.

I have been putting synthetic in that rear gearbox since I read on this forum that everyone here thought it was a good idea. The oil in my 2009 Agility 50 looked real bad so Super Tech "synthetic" gear oil from Walmart seemed like a good idea. First thing since.

Here's how I posted a picture...

I use WordPress for my website layout and they have a media file section for uploading photos. When you upload a photo into the media file it automatically gives it a URL/file name. I just copied and pasted the new photo's URL between the [ img ] and [ /img ] on this forum and wa-la. It showed up!
