Kymco agility 50 4t 2008 belt problem

I changed my rollers on my scooter, and when i tryed riding it goes but it feels like the belt is slipping, full gas it makes loud noise but doesnt go so fast.. Kymco agility 50 2008,now 80ccm with a power kit. THANKS

It's not the belt.  You haven't re-assembled something properly, and I'm guessing it's the rollers, one of them has slipped out of place during re-assembly. The belts last almost forever.

I would guess you did not get the belt squeezed down into the rear pulley before you "tightened" the front pulley nut. That means you may not have gotten the front pulley halves as close to each other as possible. Fix this right away if it is the problem because it will ruin the front pulley if operated long that way. You can check what JJ said while in there.

what gram rollers did you use? sounds like you maybe went too light.

The 3 little slider pieces might of broke or even 1 of them.
