Transporting the Agility 50

...wow...decisions indeed!!!...those lc s9s are some awesome scoots....a well maintained 2004 will absolutely fly with a cpl of mods...(watch out for the po-po)...

..the agility i have has been one awesome scoot too..i could not ask for a better one..

..i attribute it to the "build" of the scoot in particular (they are manufactured in different locations), and the stringent preventive maintenance i have provided..

..wow, bri..that's a tough decision...I will throw this out there...

..if you're looking strictly for top performance, then go with the s9...if it proves to be well maintained...

..if you want longevity, and there are the numbers "CK50QT-5" printed on the top of it's carburetor, then go with the guilty...it could easily serve you well for 30,000+ miles...

  That is a model i have not owned,but there should be an easy access to it somewhere. If the guy don't know where it is that means he did not maintain it well.

Yes, that's a good point! Thanks for shaing your wisdom. If it was me, and I wasn't being completely honest about it's running condition, I don't think I would load it up on a truck and drive 125 miles to prove myself wrong and lose the sale. But you never know, I guess.

I think he's had it for 2 years and he has put a new battery and a rear tire last year, so he may not have done much of anything with it. And who knows what was done with or to it the previous 4 years. But if he shows up before Friday and it runs, my decision will become easy. 

So that's how I will know if it's L/C or A/C? Because it has the radiator?

..and, yup it will have the radiator, and will probably have L/C printed on the side of the rear fairing along with Super9..

  Ac = air cooled and lc = liquid cooled and a much better cooling system if all is working as it should.  This can increase the life span of the motor and makes it a great platform for modding if ya decide you need some more power

Thanks...I think he said the "S" was the designation for that year or model to mean liquid cooled. I had no clue when I saw "Super 9 S" what it meant and googling it didn't help me out much. If that's what it means I still don't see what "S" has to do with liquid or cooling. lol. Maybe Special Edition or something? Beats me. Could be a tawainese or asian type thing. Now Ac and Lc I can understand!

Thanks for the pic of the radiator. Now, I know exactly what to look for and where to look for it. Do you see an L/C. I can't tell from the pic, but maybe you can.

  For the old honda's the s stud for single (cylinder) not sure about the kymco though there roots were with honda

if you are only 2 hours a way Drive it home and have someone behind you in a car just for safty
it should stell only take you 3 4 hours that would be a fun ride

Good point there blue, but if you had a car to follow, you could hire a trailer to bring it home.
