Trouble posting here from the Android app

Ever since joining this forum, I've been unable to start a new thread from the Tapatalk app on Android. I am able to reply to threads from the app, just can't start a new one. Any way to fix this? Thanks!

I did contact Tapatalk, but their response was not very helpful. They essentially told me that it's an issue on the forum owner's end, but they offered no useful information other than to contact that person, and I am not sure who that person is.
