Interesting tidbit...

For me, anyway.
Since I don't have the cable channel - I never really knew who Dave Chappelle was ….until he came to the small theater in my little coffee village for the premier showing of "A Star Is Born" with Brad Cooper.


He has a home here - and just learned that he owns the building I always sit in front of to have my coffee each time I scooter to town.
Chappelle owns the building behind me...


Apparently the colorful outdoor chairs I bought and placed there are OK with him. (I just replaced the 2 I'd worn out!)
