UXV 700i Prime
« on: April 15, 2019, 02:43:52 AM »
I have a 2019 Kymco 700i Prime side by side. It has 110 miles on the vehicle. It has now lost all power and is getting to the point of not wanting to stay running from loosing power. If you get one double check it too since I have had to go back and tighten up every bolt on the ting since purchase and it never fails I lose a bolt every time I ride it. Any advice on the lose of power would be helpful.

Take it back to your dealer if still under warranty. You will have a lot of work to do if out of warranty. Care to tell us what kind of use in that 110 miles? I have a UXV 500i so have a vested interest in your answers!

It is still under warranty. Use has been pushing snow with the plow a total of 4 times. And 2 rides on the property I have and a local trail. I live near the Hatfield McCoy trails. Never been in deep water as in it hasn’t come up into the floorboards of the vehicle other than hitting mud holes. Currently at 110.3 miles. Mostly used around the property which is over 50 acres. Dealership said that warranty doesn’t cover it because it has seen a trail.

Tell that snake of a dealer to show you that in writing. Please post it here if he can actually come up with it. THE DARN THING IS DESIGNED WITH TRAILS IN MIND! Keep in mind to talk with your regional sales rep as soon as possible or this dealer will string you along for months. Prove me wrong and I will apologise.

I’ve actually already contacted Kymco directly and spoke to them. They are going to send a different person to look at my ride and decide from there. Also I had the setting wrong on the ride it only has 70 miles on it. 70! In 4 months of owning it so it hasn’t been road much at all.
