Mirror screw

How to tight screw on mirror? Which type of key i must use? I try couple of keys but they dont fit inside  >:(

Lift rubber boot at the bottom of the mirror mount and you will find a 17 mm nut that will lock the mount in position. Use a 17 mm open end wrench. It is right-hand thread both sides. You are looking at the top of the friction pivot. It is not adjustable with any tool.

I just use regular spanner wrench
