72. Cc up grade
« on: May 05, 2019, 02:19:46 PM »
Hi everyone. I have bought a new 72 cc upgrade kit for my  Kimco agility 50 4t. Are the much better than standard 50.cc  I am 53 years old and 95 kilos weight.  My  kimco goes 70 kph on level roads but really slow on hills. Race variator fitted and 8 grm weights. 19 mm carburetor standard kimco exhaust   and jetting 84..  Thank you.

Hi,

Good choice on the 72cc kit. It doesn't put too much strain on other engine components.

If the kit is worth it's salt, it should come with a main jet for you to replace your current one with. You're unlikely to gain any top speed, but hopefully it will have a little better torque on the hills as you say :)
Rides;

Suzuki GW250 Inazuma (2016)
Honda C70C (red, 1983)

Many thanks for info Viper 70cc  up grade. Here all gaskets   no jet upgrade. Got new exhaust gasket separately. Before I go on.. The bike is 2005,, standard power 49cc. 4t. Standard exhaust. Standard carb. Jet 84. Top speed on flat road over 100 miles. 70kph. As o ride from England to Wales. 50 miles away every week end. Mods are only race variator. And i have used new jmc 6.2 gm weight. Fantastic combo. I highly recommend. Still hits top speed and revs high on hills . Miles is 26 thousand miles on this bike... Kimco good scooter. Looking forward to seeing your thoughts. Thanks
