Yeah, dogs are nice companions. With CDIs, it seems that there are two types, ac or dc. In the case of the zx it is ac, so I can now look for one with a performance timing curve. Then, I just have to spend a little time with a meter to work out where the wires go.

Yeah, what do I know? I felt lucky to catch the reference and remember the names of a couple of songs from that far back. lol
