It is revving quite bit high relative to the speed. I get ~4500rpm @ 60km/h and ~5500rpm at 70km/h.

I wonder if it is a stuck variator, or worn sliders/rollers - open the transmission cover and look ().

Could be a bad clutch spring, rubbing brakes or deposits in the valves.

Just had new rollers and new belt put in.

So the belt and rollers are ruled out then...

The variator needs to slide on the splines of the crankshaft to act as the CVT.  If they are not greased properly, then the splines will corrode and jam the variator in place.

IF they put the right belt on and didn't botch the roller job or reassembly. Check de dee's old posts. He has testified what the wrong belt can do.
