Scooter survey received...
« on: June 12, 2019, 01:31:36 PM »
After 2 years of ownership - Piaggio sent me a rather extensive* survey of my ownership/riding experience with my 2018 Liberty150i ABS.
I was able to give this scooter very high marks across the board**......even though the local dealer from which I purchased the scooter folded his tent and closed last year - after a tornado removed most of his building.

From the beginning - I'd always planned to do all the servicing myself, so I purchased a service manual and studied things, then decided to go ahead with buying this scooter. Losing a local dealer is no biggie - any warranty work can be handled by dealers in Columbus or Cincinnati.

*Not sure why they needed to know my preference in jeans .....
** the gas cap was crap....replaced with a nice Chinese billet cap

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Classy outfit! They are ACTUALLY interested! Or at least that would be the impression. I guess Kymco would get the message if we all started buying Piaggios! They got one like the DT300i?
