Emailed letter and photos to the company on the 12th. They acknowledged receipt of my email.
Spoke with rep. on the 16th.
They acknowledged a fault in this light bar, asked for purchase info from Revzilla, and said they would send me another light bar.
I emailed photo of the Revzilla transaction from Feb 2019.
No, the scooter has not fallen, nor has light bar been struck. No damage to it other than the 2 broken screw posts. Road vibes apparently popped it off.
I did notice that the lens cover has no water seal on it.
I will fix that on the new bar!Seller in Canada said that they have seen one screw post break, but never both of them.
I figure the dangling broken R post - with road vibes - then broke the L post on my ride home. Bar is under the top case, and not really visible when backing the scooter into the garage.
I am NOT looking forward to the re-installation. (remove top case and rack and pull tail light assembly again - with electrical splicing)
I'll post further when things are settled with this $135 light bar.
