I think the outer surface of that car tyre looks way too flat to be used on a scooter. The rounder the outer surface of a tyre, the better the scooter will be handled around corners or curved roads.
Before my scooter’s previous rear tyre has been replaced the outer surface was worn, and quite flat due to normal wear. The outer surface of the new tyre (Michelin City Grip) is much rounder, and handling the scooter around corners or curved roads suddenly became very different, and a big pleasure.
I think the low centre of gravity on scooters is one of the reasons why tires with a more rounded outer surfaces contributes to so much better handling on scooters in general.
